DEPLOYMENT & SUPPORT

From configuration
to field operation.

Plan the equipment, prepare the ground setup and train your team—with deployment and ongoing technical support coordinated by SpeedyDrone Canada.

Equipment. Ground logistics. People. Ongoing support.

01 / OUR DELIVERY APPROACH

A clear path into operation.

Six stages, with defined outputs. Agree the scope, document the decisions and keep the handover clear.

  1. ASSESS

    Start with your task.

Review the operation, existing equipment and site conditions.

  2. CONFIGURE

    Specify the full system.

Align the aircraft, ground setup and applicable software.

  3. DEPLOY

    Prepare for the field.

Set up equipment, ground logistics and team responsibilities.

  4. VERIFY

    Check the agreed setup.

Document checks, task-specific validation and open items.

  5. TRAIN

    Hand over with clarity.

Cover operation, daily checks, records and issue reporting.

  6. SUPPORT

    Keep the next step clear.

Coordinate technical review, maintenance and repair needs.

    DeliverableSupport contacts & records

Safety briefings and operating instruction accompany deployment and verification. The agreed scope defines checks and deliverables; verification does not guarantee agronomic results or operating approval.

02 / CANADIAN DEPLOYMENT & TRAINING

Prepare the system. Prepare the team.

Connect equipment, ground logistics and practical training to the way your operation works.

  1. Get the ground setup right.

Power, replenishment, equipment checks and a clear division of responsibilities.

  2. Build task-specific confidence.

Preparation, operation, routine checks and reporting an issue.

  3. Complete a documented handover.

Configuration records, training materials and the next point of contact.

Training scope & pilot requirements

Equipment training is separate from pilot qualifications. Confirm the provider, session language and site access, and review applicable Transport Canada requirements before practical training.

CANADA / FIELD IMPLEMENTATION

Local people. Real operating conditions.

Site preparation, practical training and project validation, with arrangements confirmed in advance.

03 / SOFTWARE & WORKFLOW INTEGRATION

Turn field requirements into workable systems.

Canada defines and tests the task; California develops the software. One coordinated project, with an agreed scope and validation process.

04 / TECHNICAL SUPPORT & REPAIRS

Already operating? Start here.

Send equipment, software or task-record issues directly to technical support.

  1. Tell us what happened.

Share the model, issue and any helpful error messages or images.

  2. Confirm the next step.

Remote review, further information, repair or manufacturer coordination.

  3. Keep the resolution clear.

Confirm the required work, any costs and the return or handover process.

Is training included with my equipment configuration?

The quotation defines the participants, subjects, format and handover records included. Training is scoped for each purchase.

Can you support equipment we already own?

Contact us by email or phone to describe the equipment and issue. The team confirms whether it can assist and the appropriate service or manufacturer route.

How are on-site visits arranged?

Share the location, task, equipment and site readiness. We confirm preparation, practical scope, travel and scheduling for the project.

Do we need monitoring equipment and every software package?

Choose the equipment and software for the task. Compatibility and data handoffs must be verified before relying on an integrated workflow.

How are repair costs confirmed?

Remote review or inspection may be needed first. Inspection, shipping, parts and repair costs are confirmed before you authorise the relevant work.

Does equipment training provide a pilot qualification?

Equipment training and pilot qualifications have separate scopes. Exam preparation and flight reviews require specific arrangements with an appropriate provider.
